2 My Health ~Plant Base Diet~

We have decided to get rid of all processed sugars and processed milk in our home, this New Year 2013…
By now I am sure you have heard of all the sugar and other crap corporate farmers are using on their products.
If you can shop your local farmers market or grow your own garden…
Please do…
Our foods contain so many chemicals that inspectors have to wear hazmat suits to inspect our food.
WTF??
This is what we are putting into our bodies. I am hearing as well as you, how obese the United States is compared to other countries and that is crazy.
Well, I am doing something about it. I purchased a juicer, it was inexpensive $49.95.
I am going to invest in Breville later this year, but I wanted to start this life style change today.
I cannot see myself continuing with bad eating habits this year. I refuse to go another day not eating like I am supposed to eat and to give to my body what it deserves.
I quit smoking cigarettes 10 months ago almost cold turkey, only used the nicotine patch for a week…
If I can do that, I can do this!!
Will keep you undated on my progress, hell may even make a video…

Much to do About Nothing...

When I first created this blog it was named Mingz Natural Hair Journey…
And it was a place for me to post ideas, which I seen and later could come back to them and attempt
Many of these ideas, from natural hair to DIY projects, and some other things I found interesting.
Well, I've decided to get back to blogging and this time to do it on a regular. ~rolls eyes~
We shall see.
And who, this blog will be much to do about nothing…and there will be plenty of those.
Hell it’s my blog and I can do what I want right??
Damn right.
Well with that in mind here are some warnings:
I have a crude sense of humor. I am sarcastic, I have curse jar and I use it often, I believe in conspiracies and I have two imaginary friends…
I enjoy my weirdness; I've seen normal people and they are NUTS!
Well to wrap this up, this blog will be, as eclectic (like how I got that in there) as the world is.
Thanks for stopping by…

Enjoy.

An elderly man in Louisiana had owned a large farm for several years.

He had a large pond in the back. It was properly shaped for swimming, so he fixed
it up nice with picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and some apple and peach trees.

One evening the old farmer decided to go down to the pond, as he hadn't been there for a while, and look it over.

He grabbed a five-gallon bucket to bring back some fruit.

As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee.

As he came closer, he saw it was a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in his pond.

He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep end.

One of the women shouted to him, 'we're not coming out until you leave!'

The old man frowned, 'I didn't come down here to watch you ladies swim naked or make you get out of the pond naked.'

Holding the bucket up he said,
'I'm here to feed the alligator...'
